I would like to know how to remove Google account off my phone but without taking it off my other devices

Hi @Georg2, welcome to our community!

If you want to remove your Google account from your device, go to Settings > Accounts & services > Account sync > Google, tap on your Google account > 3 dots > Remove, tap remove account again to confirm.

Now your Google account is removed from the specific device, it will however still be added to your other devices where you have added it previously.

Hi @galirio95, sorry to hear about this.

If you have reset your device, you will need to log in to the device again with the same Google account that was added in the device prior to you resetting it.

If you know the account, you can reset the password (you will have to wait 24 hours before you can log in to the device again for security reasons).

If you can't remember which Google account that was added in the device, please get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further.

it does not work the phone tells me its not allowwed by my admin

Hi @neza1!

Do you have a screen lock on the device? If you do, try removing it and then see if you are able to remove the Google account from the device.

You can also take a look in Settings > Lock screen & Security > Device admin, uncheck those that you can and see if you can remove it then.

What if I forget all my information about my Google account and I format my phone and I can't use it because need to sign in my previous account but I forgot it. What can I do? Thank you

That's complicated, you might want to check if you have the Google account with other phones or computers and try to reset your password there, and/or contact Google if you can't remember your password

Hi @Derrickjav, sorry for the late reply, I have been out of office due to vacation.

If you can't remember the Google account and don't have the credentials saved in a web browser and so forth, an authorized service centre can reset the protection all together and when you get the device back, it won't ask for your Google account. Then you just add a Google account that you are using and that you know you have a backup recovery setup on, in case you need it later on.

For assistance with having the device sent in, get in touch with your Local support team and they will assist you further.
