Xperia S touchscreen not responding

My Xperia S got wet and now the touchscreen doesnt respond to touch even though everything else works (screen display, power button, alarm sounds etc).

Is there anything I can do to get it working again?

I'm sorry to hear that.
I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to send in the phone to a service center for repair.

Ok. I was afraid you might say that!

The phone is over 3 years old so probably not worth me repairing

You could DIY, buy the LCD/Digitizer on ebay or amazon or somewhere and replace it yourself, it's not that complicated
