not functioning other things while on call

Hi.when i m n a call not able to open any chats, msgs and even contact. Able to open app, but not opening the charts or msges.even can open settings while on call but cant go to sub settings, even not able to select. Key board also not poping up if i open chrom or any other.little complicated to explain, but request ur help on this. Thank you.
