back and volume buttons not responding

I have a very annoying problem with software buttons.
In some apps the BACK button(home and app button working fine) and volume +- are not responding at all,mostly in apps that required some graphics like games and flash players,if you switch to home and then back to app,they are working ok.

Tried to reset it to factory default,but still it is the same.

The issue is not very often,but annyoing.

Sorry to hear that but that's an app/game issue, and it has to be addressed by the game/app developer, make sure to contact them regarding this.

I wrote some apps,because they they are not one or two.

I managed to find some pattern.I am almost sure that the problem is caused by Chrome,when i am trying to play in browser video like youtube the above problem appears and is carried over next app i am using.

What if you try this

restart your phone > don't open any app > run the app or game and check again. if it's a chrome issue then it will be up to Google to address this.

Try Clearing the chrome data.

How to clear data on apps. From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the chrome app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

Cleaned app data and restarted phone as recommanded and for now it solves the issue,thans for the help
