Heloo Sony,

Does hard reset voids warranty?

I'm having problem with calling functions.
Noise, echo and can't be heard by other party.

I Just bought it last week.
Model: Xperia Z3 Dual
Android Version: 4.4.4
Build: 23.0.F.1.82

One more thing, using hard reset, will it delete the new systen update? I just want to remive the latest update

There's another way, you will have to access either

myxperia or android device manager

You can reset your phone

Just keep in mind that you will need to have GPS, data / WiFi and the phone has to be on for it to work.
