      <title>Xperia Arc S doesn't work properly...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had my xperia arc s for quite a long time but it has always been working perfectly fine.. Just a couple of days ago it was working perfectly and then i tried to play music and when i opened the music app, it just freezes and it says "Music is not responding. Would you like to close it?" I have factory restored the phone and reset the customisation and probably everything there is to do... I cannot access the "downloads" app/folder so when i download something from internet or the app store, it just freezes and will not download. If i go on youtube, i cannot watch a video. Also whenever i try and open camera it says Error, camera not available... It says i have the latest software and i dont know what to do in order to fix this, please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try performing a system repair using&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_self" href="http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/PC%20Companion/Sony%20PC%20Companion_Web.exe" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Pc Companion&lt;/A&gt; as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)&lt;BR /&gt;Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that fails then you need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
