Unlocking bootloader

Hey I was trying to flash cyanogenmod 4.4 for my xperia sp. To do that i have to unlock the bootloader first right?

From cyanogenmod guide I learnt that to unlock the phone I have to obtain an "unique unlock code" from sony.

But in my phone "Bootloader unlock allowed = No"

Is there anyway of getting cyanogenmod for me????:smileyconfused:

You won't be able to unlock the bootloader as your phone isbor was locked to a carrier network branded
