MY SP camera blurred

i had xperia SP since 1 year ,it work well and i haven't any problem with it ,

but suddenly the camera's phone become blurred and the pictures not clear ,

i made factory rest , and clean the lens ,but the camera still blurred .

plz help me .

You have to perform a software repair using PC companion.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

A software repair is different,it is like a factory settings reset but with a clean install of the firmware.

i used another pc and complete the all steps ,but when i open my phone and use the camera i'm feeling disappointed , the camera still blurred .

any idea ?

Like you, I was also suffering from blurred images, faded images and focusing problem in my xsp due to the scratches on my camera lense cover. Actually it is not the scratches on your camera glass. But those scratchess are made on a coating provided over the glass by Sony. That coating may peel off within few months. Today I cleaned the residues of that peeled off coating by using a cloth and spray containing alcohol. Now the glass become clean. No scratch like appearances. And the camera focuses very sharply. No blurr. No fade. No focusing problem. Soooooo happy

Does Xperia SP come with toy camra instead of real one? , is this an inside joke? Aprils fools? except it is no April.

I just received Xperia SP in my mail yesterday. I updated with the Mac bridge software and restarted the phone.

I simply can not believe how bad the camera is on this phone. I mean its not even acceptable in any form. I remember this quality photo was first vga cameras on the market that were attachable to sony erricsson. I siply refuse to believe that SONY actually released this initially $600 phoone with this TERRIBLE camera.

I am not even talking about finesse of photos, they are simply BLURRY. Front camera is even worse. Absolute garbage. Has anyhpone tested this POS before they released?

I dived in and relied on GSMarena reviews.. I should have come to sony forums. I expected something fdifferent from SONY = the frigin CAMERA company.

Is there any kind of quality control at Sony? Does anyone take a picture and say guys this is garbage we cant sell this to public. non aparently not.

I tried other android apps, same crap.

I can post photos if anyone interested.
