However I believe the reason of exchanging the original one was due to a screen fault so they won't be able to return it back to you. Also what exactly is the issue with the replaced TV? Are you facing any technical problems with it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The worst service ever. They didn't fix my tv or if they couldn't give me a new one as all serious companies do but instead they took my tv and bring a used one wich works and play really bad obviously they changed screen or processor or problem to one of them. I asked immediately my old back and they refused it and joke that the second one works fine and the case is closed for them . See you at court Sony.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
