Sony A8H TalkBack - annoying issue

Hi guys,

I have TalkBack set to off but sometimes when I do a voice search using the mic button on the remote the search assistant still talks back and it's really loud.

Any ideas to make it silent completely?

The assistant talking back is not the TalkBack feature, it's the search results. Have you tried adjusting the sound settings when you're listening to the results?

Not sure what you mean about altering sound settings whilst listening to the results. I can't see any sheetings withing the searching window. I have tried turning volume down whilst she's talking but it just alters the master volume. I have also checked the TV settings whilst the search window is open but cannot see any different options from when that window is not open and cannot see any setting that relates to sound settings of search results.

If I'm missing something then any chance you could try to explain please?

There is no dedicated setting for voice assistance volume, was it always loud like this?

Yes it's always been loud.
