Sony BRAVIA picture problems with ghosting

hi, I have been having problems with the picture on my Sony BRAVIA tv. when playing anything on an app like Netflix or bcc iplayer, in dark scenes the picture goes hazy or ghosts. whereas terrestrial tv is fine. any suggestions please?

Hi,

Please try to change the brightness when using these apps.

In addition please check HDR and colour profile settings when using these apps.

Also make sure that the light sensor of your TV is enabled.

It's due to low compression rate from Netflix....that very noticable during dark scenes and that issue can be enhanced if you set sharpness and x reality too high
