      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sony Bravia atch up TV apps not working correctly from day 1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did full factiry rest as advised by comments on here and it works ok for a while but then starts to play op again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TV soft wear / firm wear have been updated on auto update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi signal is fantastic catch up apps wrk fine on laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but keep failing om th TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am deeply dissaponted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Double check that you have the latest &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xh81xx-series/kd-43xh8196/downloads/00017127" target="_blank"&gt;v6.5016&lt;/A&gt; version since auto-update sometimes doesn't detect recent updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're already on that, try clearing the cached data (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restart by holding power.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yep thanks I have done all and only full factory reset works the after a&lt;BR /&gt;week or do the apps fail to perform correctly so then have to sort reset&lt;BR /&gt;with power down and unplug for 2 min. The point really is that one should&lt;BR /&gt;not need to do it Sony should be contacting users to say 1, there is an&lt;BR /&gt;issue and 2, this is what the temporary solution is and 3, this is the&lt;BR /&gt;target time for a permanent solution but if that is not achieved then this&lt;BR /&gt;is how we will refund you. I'm sure if I had paid for the TV with 20%&lt;BR /&gt;counterfeit money they would expect the non working money replaced&lt;BR /&gt;extremely quickly.</description>
