Doing a power restart is clearing picture settings.

I found I have been losing calibration settings on my 77AG9

Adanced colour adjustment, Adv colour temp basic, brightness resets to max,

Reality creation and motion settings all reset to default.

I have re entered the settings again and pressed the power button untill the re start option appears, press restart, after the tv restarts all the picture setting have been cleared back to default.

This is clearly a bug that needs fixing as the re start option is needed and any adroid device for when apps stop working or when the adroid TV system becomes buggy.

Yes I'm on the latest FW which I installed from USB with FW from sony site

It is the latest fw.

Hey @nicparry,

This seems like a glitch to me.

Have you tried clearing the cached data for the TV (Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) then restarting the TV (hold the power button)?

A factory reset has fixed this problem
