      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you're referring to a continuous reboot loop, which is an old software issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check out this &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/articles/00171297" target="_blank"&gt;article&lt;/A&gt;, I recognized the button array on the back of the TV, hope it helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>
