TV guide works for some but not all channels, mainly on the normal bbc and itv I get a message saying it’s not available at this time. It’s very annoying to the point of buying a different make tv.
Had Panasonic previously and never had this problem.

ive followed all the updates and reset advice still no TV guide, anyone overcome this really annoying issue please?

The advice is to Factory Reset, and on re-entry to accept all the Ts&Cs individually, not with a blanket ‘Yes’.

Did you do this?

I have exactly the same issue, drives my husband mad, after having Panasonic for years with problems. This is a big common fault with Sony! Shouldn’t have to factory reset just to get a menu. I’ve tried everything still no luck.

Thanks I have used the blanket “yes” so I’ll try your suggestion, it does seem a common problem though and thought Sony would have attempted to resolve by now.
