Sound level voice instruction

Whenever l adjust the sound level on the tv there is a voice telling me what the level is and also goes on to say the music level is eg 51% .

If l go on to Youtube the voice describes the clip l am going to watch l want to disable this and tried going through the ? button on the remote and the sound accessibility on/off l have it switched to off yet it still comes through on the sound level and youtube although not on the main channels, l tried switching it to on and it describes the various scene's switching off stops the scene's being described but not the sound level voice.

It also says time out every so often has anyone else experienced this and is there a cure.

Press the mute button long until the voice assistant is deactivated

That's the screenreader accessibility feature, there's also another feature you can check under accessibility if the mute button shortcut doesn't work.

Hi.
I have tried all and still no good.
I will reset the TV and Soundbar to factory settings in case I have changed something I should not have.
just that now the soundbar is not working!!
