    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think XBR is for USA models, so the settings may be different as I only know about UK/European models.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing the cached data (Settings - Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) and hold the power button for a restart and see if that solves it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;DirectTV primary, netflix and amazon prime audio works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After some automatic upgrade, amazon prime, disney+ and hbomax streaming no longer with audio but with video. The video on Disney + also skips&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have download speeds up to 80mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp; About to toss this SONY 85 into the trash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I lost sound on some apps after software upgrade. &amp;nbsp;I switched off TV with remote and then unplugged it from the mains for ten minutes. &amp;nbsp;Plugged back in and switched on with remote. Sound returned on apps and so far so good. &amp;nbsp;I think this procedure has worked for some others on this forum. &amp;nbsp;Hope it works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;xbr 85x/850g&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got it to work for a few days by unplugging, restarting tv on with tv speakers and then plugging the sonos optical input while playing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worked for a few days than ***** all of a sudden stopped working while watching Disney +. The sound is on Dolby, turned off Dolby plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bugs in software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Automatic updates.&amp;nbsp; Everything up to date&lt;/P&gt;</description>
