      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive had an A9 OLED for less than a week. Updated it yesterday&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most native apps (prime, now TV, iplayer, Disney) are now playing in approx 1.5 speed with no sound at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help please? Just listening through TV, no soundbar or anything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also got the A9. &amp;nbsp;Same problem occurred on mine since new software update. &amp;nbsp;No sound on iPlayer and no ‘beep’ sound when changing channels etc. &amp;nbsp;Switched TV off and unplugged it from mains for about ten minutes &amp;nbsp;and sound has come back. &amp;nbsp;Hope this has fixed it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem on a xg8505. Sometimes sound crashing and no beep-sound, sound in apps etc. Restarting the tv always fixes it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe it's incompatible apps, in some sort, which kills Android TV-sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory resetting tv shouldn't be necessary. An easy way to clearing the caches without being forced to hard rebooting tv should be offered in menus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rebooting the tv though is always good maybe once a week or so but not more often than that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our KD43XH8505 has the same problem. It is resolved by turning the TV off and back on again - but then returns intermittently. We have no idea what triggers it - updates/watching an app/drop in signal - but it is one of the many annoyances with this TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve had my 48” A9 Oled just over 6 weeks now, and this issue started a couple of weeks ago. &amp;nbsp;No sound and speeded up applications - specifically Now TV, BBC iPlayer. &amp;nbsp;I have switched the TV off for 10 mins and this fixes it temporarily, but I’ve had to do it 2 days running now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just tried clearing the cache and this has also worked, but seriously should we really need to go through this lengthy process?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
