By pressing the help button, it should display it (btw it is also on the rear of the tv)

There is a sticker on the rear of the TV, It has the serial number etc on it.

There is no sticker on the back of my tv. Also, I can't find the serial number in settings?

It is not a standard packaging if you don't have the sticker in the back of the tv. In any case have you pressed the help button? Which information does it display on the screen? Can you share the picture?
