    <description>&lt;P&gt;The tv is a Bravia kd43xh8196 software version&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;keenel4.9.125 apps that had problems prime Disney you tube these only apps I have on&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have managed to fix it using my phone as a hot spot and a factory reset (after unplugging everything and turning it off for 5 mins&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can only assume some problem with router ???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since reconnected router and still works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;keith Tretton&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The factory reset doesn't use Internet, I think the reset itself solved it, which is great!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had similar problem disconnect the power wait 20 sec&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That fixed the problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
