TV safely removes USB stick by himself

Hello, I don't know is it an issue, or it's how Android TV works, but I have USB flash stick, which I'm using as external additional memory (for programs cache, apps and etc...) and the thing is, that TV removes this flash by himself.

When I'm going to settings -> memory, all I can see is system shows that USB safely removed. Re plugging USB to same or other ports not helping, system still shows that USB stick is removed safely - helps only system reboot. I have tried several USB sticks on different ports - result the same. It's happening randomly, like just when watching TV, or in the morning after TV where just turned on.

Any solution for this?

Happens with all ATV2/ATV3 based BRAVIAs. There is no solution. Adopted storage has been broken forever on BRAVIA due to flaky drivers and the TV's standby behavior. Also check out the storage related bugs in my BRAVIA bug tracker.

Yes, it's updated to Android 8 PKG6.6520
