      <description>&lt;P&gt;DOES ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SENIOR MANAGEMENT AT SONY AS SONY SUPPORT HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING WITH MY TV IE THAT THE ETHERNET IS DISCONNECTED HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TV YET THIS ONLY STARTED AFTER THE OREO UPDATE THEY SAY THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO SOLVE&amp;nbsp; IT AND THEY HAVE CLOSED THE CASE I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THEM I EVEN SENT THEM PHOTOS BUT THEY STILL DENY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE TV I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SOY PRODUCT AGAIN&lt;/P&gt;</description>
