will the sony af8 ever get as bright as the lg c8 with a software update

i spent most of my savings on this tv and was extremely disappointed to find out the lg c8 gets brighter, i know they both use the same panels is it a software issue or a hardware issue?

this video shows how big the difference really is, will it ever get fixed so they look the same because this is a horrible realization to me.

but have you acknowledged the issue, why does the c8 get brighter than the af8, why is that? you have never explained that.

i have everything set to max sometimes it appears bright to my eyes sometimes dim, the difference between lumancy medium and high is so small that i can't even see any changes, my xperia xz1 clearly shows a brighter white picture than my af8.
