Sony A7 II is a problem when logging into the menu

При входе в меню камеры, при просмотре снимков либо при нажатии на кнопку Fn возникает ***** - камера начинает с дикой скоростью бегать по пунктам меню по кругу - как будто кто-то зажал кнопку "вправо". При этом сама кнопка не залипла, нажимается без проблем. При навигации по другим разделам камеры глюк не проявляется. Залил последнюю версию прошивки - не помогает.

Are you sure there is nothing stuck in or near one of the buttons?

If you have already tried resetting the camera or updating the firmware

and that hasn't helped then its probably best to contact Sony Support.

What country are you in?
