Lens measurements for foam case.

I would like to make some moulded foam inserts for a case for E-mount lenses and I'm trying to find the exact external measurements of the lenses including the rear lens cap. I had assumed that the measurements on the website would be accurate but I'm not sure they include the mount. Does anyone have any experience of this?
